SPECIFICATIONS & DESCRIPTION:
This is a complete three station automatic (Robotic) and Manual ‘washing - painting and curing
ine’ designed for high production coating of parts using a solvent borne-soluble type wet paint
product –– Typical part or Rack size: 48”H x 18-20” W. The Construction is
;Heavy Duty’ throughout and includes a 4-stage SST washer, (2) coating booths, Flash-off chambe
s and Infra-Red Curing & convection curing of the work.
The Process: Manually Load parts on line - then enter the 4-stage in line washer – then pass t
ru dry-off chamber and cool down section, then enter Booth #1 which applies primer (anti-rust) coat
#150; then flash-off – then cure oven - then Base coat - booth #2 - then flash-off then IR cur
oven - then Top coat – to flash-off – then top coat cure oven – then return to load/
nload area. Some general system parameters are as follows:
