SPECIFICATIONS & DESCRIPTION:

This is a complete FIVE station automatic and Manual ‘washing - painting and curing line’
esigned for high production coating of parts with Adpro Topcoat, Base Coat & Clear Coat type wet pai
t product –– Typical part or Rack size: 90” W x 42”H . The Construction is basi
ally 304 SST throughout the system and includes a 5-stage SST washer, (5) coating booths, Flash-off
hambers, Cooling Tunnels, Gas Curing Chambers and a Reverse-Osmosis System.


The Process: Manually Load parts on line - then enter the 5-stage in line washer – then pass t
ru dry-off chamber and cool down section, then enter each booth which are located in-line followed b
the flash-off chambers that follow each booth, – then cure oven - then return to load/unload a
ea. Some general system parameters are as follows:

Pretreatment System – 5-stage in-line parts washer (spray tunnel)
Straight thru design – approx 24” drains between stages
All Stainless Steel construction
(2) Heated stages & (3) Ambient stages –
Heat generated via immersion type gas fire tubes in the tanks –
Final DI Rinse prior to dry-off
