SPECIFICATIONS & DESCRIPTION:
System parameters:
The Conveyor design: (2) Chains set parallel to each other spaced 12” to 14” apart. T
e chain is turned 90
degrees to vertical and has vertically extended pins mounted – These pins carry the work
thru the line.
The chain is driven by a horizontal chain drive and idler shafts. Note outer chain is adjusta
le to increase
the work width capacity of the line. The chain moves from Left to Right for processing and re
urns
underneath from Right to Left.
Special chain configuration: Each processing station in the line has it’s own dual track ch
in conveyor.
This design allows each section of chain not to pass thru the next section – the part ar
automatically
transferred to the dual chain tract in the next section and so on thru the line.

Work capacity: The line is designed to process a ‘Flat type product’ thru the line
The flat product is located across the two parallel chains and passes thru the line
Work opening envelope:24” W x up to 4” clearance over the chain
The system is a ‘straight thru design’ – work is loaded at one end and unloaded at th
opposite end
